Performance Signs, LLC was founded in August 2008 by Lisa and Shane Dorman of Clayton, North Carolina.  Performance Signs, LLC offers solutions for all your signage and printing needs.

Our goal is to provide top quality products with exceptional customer service. We enjoy going the extra mile to help our customers effectively promote their business.

Lisa Dorman is originally from Long Island, NY and is a CAD Drafter by trade.  Her family has been in the sign business in New York for over 60 years.

Lisa began learning the sign trade from her father and grandfather at the age of 12. Over the years she has focused on Computer Drafting, working on projects such as the National Harbor in Washington, DC.  But when the opportunity arose to continue the family business she could not turn it down.  She is now the Owner and Graphic Designer for Performance Signs, LLC.

Shane Dorman was born and raised in Selma, NC.  His family members are lifetime residents of Johnston County.  His background is in Business and Construction.  From managing a Custom Home & Remodeling firm in Bethesda, MD to the Building Supply Industry, Shane has a wide array of business experience to offer.

Working for his father and grandfather at Selma TV & Appliance, Shane learned the importance of small businesses and the community that supports them. He is now the Manager of Performance Signs, LLC and handles the day to day operations.

Together, Lisa and Shane offer combined expertise and experience to provide their customers with top quality signs and unmatched customer service.
